We received several bids and IDL was by far the best price. Nathan was super kind and quick to respond in all communication. Chris and Travis were hardworking, friendly, and knowledgeable. They came back a few times to adjust some things and always had a wonderful attitude about it. I can’t recommend them enough! My parents have already used them for service and said in the 20 years they’ve had their irrigation system, it’s never run this well!

Wonderful to work with through the whole process. Nathan was very informative and very professional and pleasant. The two men headed by Juan, were hard workers and did a fantastic job installing. They set the program and explained how to operate. We ran the system this morning and are so excited to have sprinklers that will cover the yard.

When Nathan come out to review my lawn irrigation needs and provide a quote, he actually enjoyed the page of questions I had for him! We chose IDL for the installation of our system and Juan and Mario did a great job of installing. Very friendly and helpful in explaining what they were doing. Nathan provided everything in the quote and in our subsequent communications to make sure the system operates efficiently, effectively and as we discussed. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We've been using IDL for at least 5 years, and we are completely satisfied with our service. Our wonderful tech is Tyler. Tyler is an absolute delight! He is a hard worker, who is trustworthy. I know the job is being done with integrity. He is hilarious, too! I look forward to seeing him every year. I have to add, Danielle, the office manager, is awesome! She is very friendly, personable, funny and PATIENT! She is so patient with me. We will never leave IDL. I know I am getting excellent service and workmanship, so why go somewhere else?

This is the second time we’ve used Nathan and IDL. Our first experience was at our former home last year when he and his crew put in new French drains and raised the dirt around the house. Nathan was so great to work with! Our second time, recently, we had Nathan and his team put in a sprinkler system, French drains, and again, raise the dirt around our new home. His crew was fantastic and their work was beautiful. Nathan runs a fantastic business full of honesty and integrity. We highly recommend IDL!
