Working with Kelly and her team has been an extraordinary experience that I couldn't be more thankful for! Kelly took a chance on me when hiring me for my very first video editing gig and I need someone to pinch me cause I feel like I'm on Cloud 9 with this job. The IDR crew is hardworking and driven yet genuine, fun, and easy to get along with. There is also a lot of creativity brewing in the office space we call "The Treehouse". It's a place where storytelling meets direct results clients love.
