Stellar customer service. Super helpful when I had an issue that wasn't related to their service (dogs can be destructive and evidently a cord angered one of the dogs). Anyway, I can't recommend them highly enough!!! Thank you, Iglou!!

Well, I WAS very happy with my internet service. For over a year now, we have been through IGLOU. I called yesterday to tell them I am moving, and to request a transfer. They told me they do not provide service for my new address. I AM LITERALLY MOVING ACROSS THE STREET FROM WHERE I LIVE NOW!It's extremely disappointed that they can not accommodate my move, 600 feet southwest from my current residence. However, I still give them 5 stars because the service is amazing, the customer service is the best and they never raised their price on us! I am so sad that I have to find a new provider.

My issue is not with IgLou, their customer support people are stellar. My issue lies with their ability (or lack thereof) of getting an installation tech to the house. I understand that things happen and AT&T techs are in a union, but it should not take 3 weeks to get internet installed. The notion of paying for the first month of service if you can't even get it installed is a bit ridiculous. I was scheduled for 1 Aug, and the tech never showed up. So I reschedule for 6 Aug. The customer service person agrees to get this date for us. Then I get an email saying it won't be until the 13th. I ended up having to ask for a refund because I'm simply not going to dedicate week after week to trying to get this thing installed.Simply put, if you aren't signing a contract with AT&T, AT&T doesn't consider you a priority. It's a shame, because I liked the price. It's a great deal, but don't hold your breath on getting it installed anytime soon as long as AT&T is in control.

So not happy with this company. When I called I specifically asked if it was on the AT&T network. I was lied to. They said no but it is on the AT&T network. So if you have AT&T and are not happy with them go elsewhere. Trying to get the equipment installed was a pain because one day they were late and unable to get there when they said they would. The internet was spotty. I couldn’t watch tv and use an iPad at the same time. One day I called in for technical support and was in the phone with them for quite a while. What they did killed my internet. So yay! Also as soon as it hit 530 I was told they would put an order in for AT&T to fix it. That call never came. just so you know 530 is when they close so beware of calling them anywhere near 530. I was on the phone with them quite a while before 530. My recommendation is that if you currently have AT&T and it sucks you will have the same issues with this company. Good luck!
