We just launched our new site. The team at IHouseweb were quick to get changes and additions made on the site. They were always so friendly and patient. I love Ihouseweb and am glad to be back in this program.

I have been a customer since 2013. I recently looked at my home page and decided it was too cluttered. I contacted customer support and spoke with Arvin. Arvin managed to make numerous changes in minutes to make it a clean page. I was amazed at how fast he was! I'm happy with my Home Page again. BTW I constantly get emails from other competitors touting websites for less money. One of the main reasons I stay with ihouseweb is because of their tech support personnel."

I have been struggling since becoming a realtor with another web hosting site. It was difficult to navigate for my clients and more so for me, and I was very frustrated with the service department. And it was very expensive on a monthly basis for very few leads and a poorly laid out site.I decided to jump ship and try iHOUSEweb, and I couldn't be happier! The support team is phenomenal, and made the transition to the new website very easy. They check in with me and make sure everything is working as it should and that I am satisfied with how my website looks and functions. I LOVE that iHOUSEweb was able to integrate my Facebook page and add the ability for visitors to do a home search right from my page! A huge shout out to Anthony M. for getting me started and to Arvin P. and team for their diligence and patients with me (a non-tech savvy individual) in getting my site up and running quickly and looking just the way I want.

I have been with iHouse for 18 years, and I have always been very pleased with their Service and Support. I started with another Company, and fortunately I could Cancel My Subscription at anytime, I knew after a week and a half that I wanted to Cancel, and did so.iHouse has always been Great for me !!Thank You !!Art Johnson

you only got 1 star from me because the website looks decent. But you completely falsified information when you promised i would get leads in my 3rd month. its now 6 months later i have still not to receive even 1 lead. I spent a bunch of money, time, effort and trusting in your company and i made it very clear what my intention was. REALTORS BEWARE! I am writing this review for all realtors to be aware of fast talking salesman that promise you leads. the worst part is that i called Peter, the representative at IHouseWeb to get me status, or explain whats going on to cancel my website numerous time through calling and emailing and he would not respond to my emails until he realized i was really really upset. unfortunately now his story changed and says he cant promise leads but just exposure! Ha! i should of know this was coming. typical of them to keep you as long as they can to pay them monthly then say something else. BUYER BEWARE.... THIS COMPANY HAS FALSE PROMISES.

I was a very long term customer of I House over a decade. I have gone out of the business for four years. Upon my return went right back to I House. After paying my set up fees, monthly fee to my surprise syndication is no longer available. If I was told this when I called I wouldn't have paid this expense. They wouldn't refund my any funds. At least not charge me the 30 days after cancellation. All I have to say, this long time customer is very disappointed.Thank you, IHOUSE for reaching out to me regarding my experience. I really appreciate the customer service and appreciation you showed me. I look forward to continual business and assistance in adapting to the changes.
