Feedback:

After scrolling through several websites I came across IM consultants. While scoping out his website Mike the owner opened up the chat window and asked if he could help me personally...Me being very skeptical and weary of using an online service was put at ease when Mike called me personally and discussed what would be best for me to build a website, get traffic to it, and build a strong customer base. He is very knowledgeable and walks you along the entire process answering all of your questions along the way, as there is no "man behind the curtain feel"....I would recommend Mike to anyone trying to broaden their customer base online while feeling at ease throughout the process
