Customer Service is always great!!My only disappointment was being charged a rushed fee because I didn't place my order within the 10 day window. I've never been charged a rush fee in the past but oh well, we still love the the quality of work. I've been doing business with this company for 6 or more years and I will continue to order all my t-shirts and other apparel through them.

I called the store to speak with an associate about the sizes of the shirts.l was told to go the chart size, because they didn't know about 10_12 being a medium .RED FLAG so i order 4 youth shirts .(large) .Paid $51.00 to get it early UPS 8/19 RED FLAG 2. $15.00 extra I decided I was gonna do a pickup but they would not be ready until 8/23 .RED FLAG 3 .Back with UPS the shirts came in on 8/8/2019 .So excited open the box guess LARGE ADULT grey 7th grade shirts.They don't do exchange , but you knew I was ordering youth shirts for school. I will never deal with this company again.

****Update I have been contacted by the manager and I was refunded! Thank you Image Depot!! Very disappointed with this company and there lack of cancellation policy. I placed an order for school shirts and less than 24 hours later needed to cancel and I was told that is not possible.
