I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYBODY DEAL WITH BORIS OF IMAGE SIGNS.. HE DID HORRIBLE WORK ON MY CAR INSTALLING VINYL LETTERING ON THE WINDOWS AND FENDERS THEN WAS VERY RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL TO ME AND MY WIFE BECAUSE WE WANTED IT FIXED. HE PAID US $100 OF $300 AND TOLD US TO GET OUT AND LEAVE .. EVERYTHING HE PUT ON WAS NOT STRAIGHT, THE VINYL PUT ON THE WINDOWS NOT CUT CORRECTLY LEFT THE VINYL HANG OFF THE WINDOWS ON A 105 DEGREE DAY AND DIDNT CLEAN THE GLUE OFF THE TRIM AND PAINT OFF THE CAR THAT IT CAUSED BY DOING SO. I TOLD HIM TO TAKE A TAPE MEASURE AND MEASURE IT AND HE COULD SEE IT WAS UN EVEN HE THEN SAID I DONT UNDERSTAND. THE WINDSHIELD BANNER HE APPLIED WAS CLUMPY NOT EVEN FLAT HE TOLD US TO COME BACK WHEN ITS COLDER OUT AND HE CAN REMOVE THE CLUMPS. I NOW HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER SIGN SHOP WHO CAN HANDLE THIER LINE OF WORK AND AM STUCK PAYING DOUBLE FOR THEM TO REPAIR HIS FAULTY WORK. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB AND AM TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED WITH THEM SO I DONT HAVE TO FILE SUIT AGAINST BORIS AND IMAGE SIGNS. BEWARE HE ALSO DOESNT SHOW PROOFS OF HIS WORK AND HAVE YOU SIGN OFF ON IT NOR DOES HE GIVE RECIEPTS BECAUSE HE DOESNT CHARGE SALES TAX. AND WHAT MAKES IT WORSE I HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THIS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE, SO IF HE TREATS HIS CURRENT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS JUST THINK HOW HE WILL TREAT YOU. I ALSO INFORMED HIM I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND HE SAID TO ME IF I DO THAT HE WILL CONTACT THE BBB ABOUT MY COMPANY, WHICH MEANS HE WOULD MAKE A FALSE CLAIM. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND BORIS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND USE SOMEONE ELSE.
