Birthday done right! Outstanding service for my last minute etching on a beautiful wine decanter for a birthday. From the minute I called I was treated like family. They really listen and understand their customers situations. I was so thankful they could accommodate me in the final hour. The decanter is gorgeous! Huge hit! He loved it! The initials were the perfect font. (I left it up to the shop because they knew more than I did on what would look best) Such a special gift for $100. (Pottery Barn decanter $65. Etching $35) Highly recommend!! Definitely a repeat customer.

I've used these folks as a resource for nearly 25 years (starting at their downtown Glenview location). Trophies, plaques, loving cups, etched glass shapes, etched bottles or glasses, etched picture frames, statues; if you can imagine a commemorative article, Image Specialties can likely produce it. If you can't imagine it, go into their showroom for ideas. Whether the need is for commemorative plaques for a building completion, annual college sports team plaques, title plates and commemorative images for public art pieces, or faux Oscar statuettes, Image Specialties never fails to provide a quality creation at a reasonable cost. Working with them is a joy.

I have used these guys over the past 5 + years for all sort of plaques and commemorations. Recently, we needed a 1 day turn around on a plaque that fell through the cracks over the holidays between several people in my organization. We were in a jam!! Image Specialties took our rough cut idea & needs and combined it with their experience and delivered a Home Run without blinking an eye! Really Customer Focused. Highly recommend.

This place is outstanding. I called to buy a plaque which I needed within a week, and even though they said they had a lot of orders, they fit mine in and completed it within 3 days for pickup. The service was incredible, and the owner I spoke to was so kind and helpful. Please go to this family owned place for all your plaque, trophy, awards needs, and you will see just how amazing this business is! I would recommend this to anyone in need of engravings or awards.
