If I could give you negative stars, you would get a negative 10 from me. I have been waiting almost 3 years for Google Fiber. According to the Google representatives during the installation your company installed the line wrong, somehow damaging the equipment. Because of this error on your part all is at a stand still. Google has no idea when/if I will actually be able to use the services I signed up and paid for. I guess ITC Service group doesn't care, considering I have tried to contact them and have had no response.
