I sometimes get small orders of color copies, and recently discovered this place. Thought I'd give them a try since the normal shop I use was closed. First time I went in, no problem....color copy was .59 cents or close to that. Second time I went in, they tried to tag me with a $3.00 minimum charge for copies. If this is their policy, then they simply do not appreciate small orders, just big orders. So, take your business down the road folks. Some nice old folks down there will be glad to take your small order and not try to bilk you for a minimum fee tacked on. Shame on you ImagePro. I won't be back until you change this policy and publish it to make it public.

We use them for printing our carbonless contracts, flyers, and other advertising materials. They have always done good work and do it fairly quickly for a reasonable price. They hadn't ever made a mistake on one of our orders until yesterday. We had 5000 flyers printed and instead of printing the new attached PDF they pulled one out of our historical file. Because we have changed phone numbers it was not usable. I called them to inquire about it and they said bring those back and they would print the correct ones at no additional cost. They called an hour and half later saying the new ones were ready. They totally made up for their mistake and we will continue to use them.

Unimpressed with their knowledge and level of professionalism with the industry. I know they are best known in town for what they do, but I don't recommend them based on my personal experiences as well as experiences of clients and students who have used them.
