Enough of fake reviews, now read the real picture. It's worse company for freshers and worst for experienced ones, explained further :‌Work - you'll be given as many as 20 projects at the same time and expected to work like a machine coz all the owner wants is to earn loads of money, thereby compromising the quality and only focus on quantity of work. Zero learning coz nobody is skilled here, just keep executing things and no new skills will be learned here.Biased approach - extremely biased approach is followed here. Only CEO's favorite employees get all the perks they want. They promise you during joining that you'd be given monthly incentives, but each month you'll see a recurring list of "top performers", basically favorite employees. Also, the list is 3 months old, meaning, in month of August, performers of May are released, how does this even make sense? They entice you in the beginning and then treat you like a slave later. Zero professionalism - Irony is, the HR whose task is to maintain good camaraderie does not know how to speak, talks rudely, humiliates and insults you. They need to be reminded at least 5 times for the leaves you've applied. They love making people dance on their fingertips. No appraisal system, only favorite employees get promoted here. Follow up - when at imark, get used to running around people who need to be reminded thousands of times for simplest things, even govt offices don't require so much running around to get the work done.Leaves - you're encouraged NOT to take any leaves here. Owner and his wife go on vacations with their favorite employees but your leaves are outright rejected. Owner : he just acts friendly with you simply coz he wants to get his work done. Also, he will criticize you for whatever you do and always find flaws, no appreciation for the good work, whatsoever. Constructive criticism is important, but he loves insulting people. Go to a better place if you want to grow in your career.
