My experience with the Impact Group could not be better. Tiffany, our account representative, is fantastic. She's helpful, friendly and very easy to get in touch with not to mention she's just an enjoyable person to work with. Our newsletters, letterhead and flyers that they've done for us look great...more professional than they ever have. Every person I've dealt with, from the secretary to the owner, has been a pleasure to work with. Emails and phone calls are always answered in a very timely fashion. They seem like a genuinely nice group of people. I would highly recommend them.
