Feedback:

I have never patronized this business, but I had a negative experience with one of their drivers the other day and believe that a good business would want to know about it. While on Capitol Dr. on 10/16/18 around 4:40pm, an employee of Impact was driving a car marked with Impact stickers all over it; the person was tailgating, speeding, and constantly switching lanes. It was a black Nissan Sentra I believe; the license plate started with a 476. Perhaps they should educate their employees about safe driving AND teach them that they are representing the company's image while out on the roads.

Feedback:

The worst service - stay away. One month after selling us a new machine, we still can't print or scan with our new $5,000.00 machine from IMPACT. They won't return calls and you can only get the receptionist on the phone.

Great customer service. Helped us change our printing / faxing / scanning equipment from many to one unit. When we have questions they are right on top of things either with a phone call or visit.

Impact has been a great addition to our business! Their Managed IT services are high quality. It's really great when you can call someone for help and it feels like you are just calling another employee of Dnesco Electric.

Impact is the BEST. We are treated as a valued customer. One thing that impresses me about their service technicians is the dedication to finding the problem and working until it's fixed. In a production environment "up time" is critical but making a return call on the same issue is way to frustrating. They have gone out of their way to solve a software or rip issue too. We signed up for their service about 5 years ago and bought a machine from them 18 months ago. Five stars isn't enough.
