Feedback:

EDIT: Our Account Manager, JP, has more than taken care of our issues that corporate caused, see below. For a company that brags in their service they have Terrible Customer Service!! Delivered our new printer and didn't have qualified personel to set it up. Had to wait for correct technician who still couldn't make it function. If that wasn't bad enough their Impact employeed truck driver hit our entry door with his lift gate. Bending the frame cracking the glass. It's been over 2 months after Impact said they'd take care if it and still nothing.
