I own a heating and cooling company in Columbia and I was gonna have impact do new wrap on all the vechiles I had to pay 250 deposit and after about 3 weeks they finally got back to me with a design from three years ago and I told them what I wanted I refused to get wraps done their till this day they say I do not get back deposit why should I have to pay for design two years ago I went to another wrap place in Jeff city lutemeyer signs excellenct place.

Very poor experience. This company was recommended by the building owner. I called to get an estimate and was made to feel my business wasn’t important enough, couldn’t even get an appointment bc they were “too busy”. Finally get the guy out there and again am told they are too busy to do anything quickly. I sign the agreement for 4 signs, two interior and 2 exterior and ask if the signs can be installed prior to my grand opening 3 weeks away. Was told he wasn’t sure. Signs didn’t go up before my grand opening and as it turns out a week after I had a signed agreement, they gave one of my signage spaces to another customer! I was furious. Promised by the bldg owner signage would be expanded to accommodate, it was but took Impact 6 months to get my sign up after they gave my spot to someone else! Also was promised a free bronze sign for front of bldg and was never provided. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere you will be valued as a paying customer!
