DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Back in May I reached out to Don Roberts because my digital display sign was not working AGAIN. I have had many issues with the sign from the beginning and asked that the sign be replaced. Don, who promised me that he would maintain the sign, no worries, when he was selling me the sign, changed his tune once he had my money in his hand.The last time the sign went down it took Don THREE MONTHS to fix it (that was in March). I phoned Don in mid-May to let him know that the same problem occurred AGAIN and asked if he could please come to the bar as soon as possible because I wanted to thank our Veterans and announce our BBQ Fundraiser for Veterans for Memorial Day. He said he didn't have any plan on "being in the area" and would stop by when he could. Ten days later, when the sign was still not fixed, I phone again. As in the past, after many, many phone calls and much frustration, Don chooses to ignore me. To date, my sign is still not usable and I have lost out on fundraising efforts, listing an apartment for rent, help wanted/employment opportunity and loss of business. It is obvious to me that Don has no plan on keeping his word as a business owner.SHAME ON YOU DON ROBERTS FOR HURTING A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER JUST TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND RAISE FUNDS FOR VETERANS!9/13/18 Just received a response to the Better Business Bureau complaint I sent in. NO SURPRISE that Don Roberts refuses to reply to the BBB just like he refuses to FIX MY SIGN!!!
