I like the fact that they will interact directly with all of our vendors when issues occur or when upgrades are needed. Their 24/7/365 monitoring & HIPAA compliance features offer added security. Brian was exceptional installing our new computers. He is so friendly and it never bothered him to answer some of our silly questions. He did not leave until our computers were exactly how we wanted them set up.
