If your business is selling space for others to do business, it would be good to make sure you're customers(tenants) can communicate with their customers. Cell service has recently gotten significantly worse and our people are having to run for a window or run outside to take client phone calls! Since service is great outside the buildings there is definitely something going on with the buildings (maybe with recent construction??). If you plan to sign a lease here, be sure you budget a for cell boosters/repeaters to be installed...
