Overall Feedback:

I have asked on 5 occasions to take me off the call list. They refuse and laugh at me. These people call me every two weeks regardless of my polite requests. I take all my calls when I am at my desk, screen no one. Therefore they call and plead and beg. They refuse to hang up. They refuse to stop calling. If I ran my dealership this way, I would be out of business. Instead we break records every month, and have the most loyal customer base in the region. I already do everything these people do without them. I can't believe the leadership in this company allows this. I will never use this service, because now I will no longer stay on the telephone long enough to listen to these people. Once a year, once every six months, even once a quarter I would understand. Every two weeks?
