Haben trotz telefonischer Rücksprache über ne halbe Stunde vor der Tür warten müssen, bis wir unser Equipment abholen konnten, weil zur vereinbarten Zeit niemand im Büro war. Die Website ist etwas irreführend, weil man bei der Bestellung eine Zahlungsaufforderung bekommt, jedoch keine weiteren Informationen. Wir haben dann angerufen und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir im Laden bezahlen könnten. Kartenzahlung oder Zahlung auf Rechnung war dann jedoch nicht möglich - natürlich wurde uns das vorher nicht gesagt.Eine Rechnung sollten wir per eMail bekommen, haben bisher aber auch auf mehrfache Rückfrage keine erhalten. Barzahlung ohne Rechnung...das kenne ich sonst nur von Ebay Kleinanzeigen.
