Client Review on Infinity Contact

I worked for Infinty contact for 10 months and overall the experience was nice. I learned a lot about sales and even about myself. There ia a bunch of potential to at Infinity as it is a growing business, taking on New clients, New business structures and even the company events are really fun. I am however giving Infinity contact only 3 of 5 stars because there are some things that I would change. First thing I noticed is that the quality of the typical employee was not up to par for the job and never lasted long as a result. They will higher anybody off the street with little digression and that has an obvious negative impact on the company. Also they're approach in sales is not aggressive enough and so it is hard to make sales due to many regulations and guidelines. It is also important to note that sales are based off of the quality and not so much the quantity of leads. Assistant managers find it a lot easier to blame no sales on the employee's as appose to just telling us the hard honest truth which I had to find straight from the clients mouth. The truth is, all the really good solid leads are held at corporate so you will never be able to make the money you should be making. It's a fun place to work but that's it for now. If your saving up money for a house and family, you need to look somewhere else.
