Management has has absolutely no idea how to motivate besides using threats. Also makes up their rules as the go. Violates their own HR policies to suit their needs. If you get a call from a recruiter from Infinity run away fast. It will seem as if he is trying to sell the job too much. In short when faced with a job offer from this company or death by starvation choose the latter. It will be less painful.
