Our team at PLAY Creative and I are beyond pleased with the network that was set up at our office by Information analytics. We knew our old network was a little slow, but we had no idea how fast and painless it could be until the team at Information Analytics assessed it and then set us up with our new network and equipment. 3/24/17 I'm sure they will find a way to delete this, but I'll try anyways to hopefully help someone from making the same mistake I did. I hired information analytics over a year ago to create an inventory management, invoicing, and customer database web page for an online business. $30,000 later and I cannot even create an invoice, make a shipping label, or manage inventory. I received no formal training, every time I went in there we just reviewed everything that needed to be changed. Apparently that was my training, even though we never even passed the point of making an invoice. I have submitted 7 multi-page word documents of questions and problems, to which I was told if I wanted them answered or any training I would have to pay them an additional $145 an hour! They are claiming the webpage is completed, but over half of it is not working! I've requested to speak with upper management several times, all requests have been ignored. Is it too much to ask to have the "finished product" working and be trained on how to use it??? I am now forced to hire an attorney to get them to complete their end of the contract.
