If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst internet I have ever had and I can see their tower from my house!!! Also, if you want to talk to a manager or owner good luck I have been waiting for 2 weeks. Oh and they will continue to charge your card after you cancel their services!

This has to be the worst internet company ever. My mother (over 70 years old) has been with them for 20 years...not knowing any better. Had had so many problems but being older, found it confusing to try to deal with them. When she would call they would tell her it wasn't a problem on their end. She couldn't even email from her email account unless she was in her own home and they couldn't figure out why. The internet speed is horribly slow (think dinosaur slow!). I finally convinced her to check into Century Link and low and behold she was able to get MUCH faster and better service for $25 LESS a month! She switched to Century Link and when she went to return the router to Innernet the guy tells her they have to charge her $150 fee for terminating service. After 20 years of faithfully paying for that crap???? What nerve they have. I hope everyone in the area who uses Innernet reads this and checks out other providers in their area. Same on Innernet for taking advantage of our seniors like this!

Has to be the worst customer service and quality that I have ever dealt with. Overpriced, no service half the time and pathetic service hours on the weekend. Don't waste your time or money.

Absolutely awful, worst internet I have EVER had. Service sucks, pay for 15 MB speed usually don't even get 1mb.. Last time I tested it, I had .02 MB speed... Not even half of 1 MB. NEVER get this internet, if you can't afford comcast then figure something else out, WORST ISP EVER! I'd prefer dial up, probably only reason they have a contract is because they know everyone would cancel right after it gets installed. Do NOT get this internet!!!!!!
