I contracted thru them for State of Minnesota, They have not paid my 3 invoices totaling to $41000.00 . I called them but they did not pick up phone , Neither they replied my reminder emails. I tried calling them from some other number & Shaker Basa picked up phone. He was rude & gave me reasons & hung up. I am hiring Lawyer to get my payments. I am giving this company 1 star because I cannot post this comment with 0 stars. Stay away from this company.

HR resources and staff everyone are fine and they deal every case with patience. They helped me in all the aspects. After hearing to all the other consultancy stories I felt this is really good and I referred this to my frends and they are also very happy.I have joined this company in 2012 and working with them still i got my STEM ext as well as they have filed H1 too for me.i joined this company as a fresher and now i m at good position with good package .what ever they have promised me,they were on there words thanks for the entire Team of InnoSoul for making me stand successfully here.

Innosoul has been handling our medical office website and another website for community service for more than 10 years. Whenever we had a problem, innosoul staff responded promptly and resolved the issues. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

1. Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. 2. Founder is manner less.3. no one has any views on what they are working.4. Complete family run business.5. No point of view for employee.6. No employee engagement programs.7. HR have no idea why they are hired for.8. No vision of the company.9. Lack working culture.10. Average life of a good employee is max 3-4 month.11. Non timely payment - Expect a delay of 15-20 days every month.12. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay.13. Now notice period is 2 months.. :( Anyone can write still more but let it be.. Please do not join this company if you don't want to spoil your mental peace.Advice to Management: No Advice as they cannot improve ever, Just Shut down the company.

They have unskilled resources with no work experience , they make FAKE resume, they also conduct proxy interviews for some money so they can place fake candidates for contract work. Keep away from such a fraud recruitment company. !!!
