I've had signs and business materials built by others, and have never before had such issues with a company.Where do I begin? I was going to let this go until I started getting email from a mailing list which I, and a whole host of other customers, asked they not put us on. Last straw, meet camels back. These guys were a COMPLETE PAIN to work with. I had to pay for the privilege of hand-holding the whole design and engineering process to get a sign made for my business. The owner was passive aggressive towards me during the process. At one point when I was ready to take my business elsewhere they refused to refund my money. I finally did get my sign built and installed, and so far it looks good, but YOU might not be so lucky.If you use these guys, expect childish behavior, and be ready to babysit. Make yourself an expert on how the sign you want needs to be built, and the processes involved to get there. Try to know what is and isn't possible BEFORE you call these guys. Also you better know how to execute each process for your sign so you know when things are off, can offer advice to get things back on track, and get in and row when these guys throw up their hands and tell you they can't or do not know how to fix whatever problem, or they recommend a solution that will produce botched results. Did I mention their general failure to show up to scheduled appointments in a timely fashion? Don't expect them to show up on time. If you have anything time critical going on, get someone else to cover it for you, or you will have problems.HELL WILL FREEZE OVER before I give them another penny of my business ever again. And at this point I'm left having to block their email domain since they can't seem to respect my wishes.

I have used Innovative Signs for several years off and on and have never had good service. I decided to try them again in January of 2016. I emailed several times without any reply. When they did reply they said they will get right on it one month ago. I, of course, thought my order was in process....it was never in process. This week I informed them to cancel the order. Their reply to me was, "we have had staffing problems and yours was just pushed on the back burner." They didn't even have the professional courtesy to let me know they hadn't started on my project after 2-1/2 months.
