Gehaltstechnisch wird natürlich immer für den Arbeitgeber argumentiert und nicht für den Angestellten mit teilweise wirklich absurden Argumenten. Für den Start in die Arbeitswelt ganz ok allerdings ist die Unternemsstruktur auf Dauer zu steif und unflexibel um die Mitarbeiter auch längerfristig zu halten. Schade eigentlich, da das Unternehmen Potenzial hat aber leider nicht mit der aktuellen Einstellung der Führungsebene.
