Feedback:

Outstanding service, best customer experience - expertise, customer service, and follow through. What was ultimately a terminal video card fault on our iMac was fully explained, and options outlined. A thorough step-by-step that we understood, and extra time and alternatives explored. In the end we had a very large 27" paperweight, but came away with precious drives and RAM installed on another iMac - up and working, school projects and design work saved. Great price for an excellent experience. Many thanks Steve.
