UPDATE:I will start out saying that while we received our video late, we did get a good quality wedding video for an excellent value compared to others in the industry for DFW. There seemed to be some staff shortages that delayed the editing by 2 months months, so they gave us the raw footage complimentary ($250 value).My wife and I booked Keith for videographing our wedding September 2017. He had a good price point and good video clarity online and had done Indian weddings before, so we were looking forward to booking him. The day of, he was pleasant and got along with the photographer, which I hear doesn’t always happen. They even worked together to get the same sunset shot, so he proved to be friendly. In terms of communication, he answers most all phone calls weekdays primarily in the evening. Emails take a bit longer with a week or 2 before being answered, so make a call if you need answers fast. Next is the turnaround time. We got married on September 3rd, and the contract dictated we would receive our videos (5 minute cinema video and then our wedding broken up into chapters) by November 3rd. We were told in addition to expect a highlight video to post on Facebook, like a quick 1 minute teaser of our wedding, but weeks came and went, and that didn’t happen. That teaser wasn’t in the contract, it’s just something bonus they put out if they have time, so it was fine that we didn’t get that. I finally called him to see what was the matter. At that time, they had lost some staff and someone was out for a close family member that passed away. While I was upset that our video was late, I can understand the struggle of a small business to function at full capacity with only half of the staff. Things really turned better from here. He calmly was able to explain this situation without making excuses. He provided me a resolution where we would receive the rest of our video soon after the holidays as well as complimentary raw footage ($250 originally). I feel under the urcumstances, this is the best way to have handled it. He is a wedding vendor, and even after the wedding he felt the pressure but did not buckle. Finally, I can say I received my videos! We asked for them on 2 weeks after the phone call, and he had it ready in 1.5 weeks, which was a nice change. It’s a good video and you can’t beat the price. Just make sure to call and verify they are fully staffed again!
