Client Review on Instant Imprints - Louisville

I went there for printing T shirts for the price is right. They don't have any color shirts so I had to go buy some from target. I had 3 t-shirts to make with different designs which was fine and we discussed at length about leaving plenty of space for the name tags as you see on the show. She measured while I tried the T-shirt on and showed where the name tag should go and so the designs all had to start below that. She measured it she wrote it down and then she didn't do that on any of the 3 shirts so that was a bummer because my name tag was up on my shoulder and still covering one of the words on the design. Then they over charged me by $7 and the good news is they contacted me to return the money but why did they overcharge me in the 1st place so over all disappointed in it. Apologies or refunds for mistakes but I got neither. The designs did turn out really well but I don't think I would ever go back if they don't do what was discussed and written down.
