Called and left message 2 times with no response over a 7 day period. Went to visit store and spoke with, I assume the owner, and some lady who never identifyed herself. I inquired about getting a design embroidered for company shirts. I tried asking for pricing and even came prepared with the company logo ready to give them. They were quick to sterotype me. I look younger than I am so they treated me as a college kid. Ended up walking out when they decided to continue talking to themselves rather than answer my questions with any detail. Poor Customer Service. Went to a different place and had no issues like this place. Small business owners beware! They Lost out on a $2000+ order.
