Talked with the owner, Gary over the phone. He was rude. Didn't want to help. Trying to just make two color copies of a page. He made it sound like it was a big deal and would cost a lot. I told him I need it by tomorrow, and I might have to find somewhere else, and he said, "Yeah, you should do that." Then hung up on me. Very disappointed, was recommended to them by Kelly Paper, but he just made a mountain out of a molehill and made it more complicated than necessary. He decided to be in the print business. Why does he have to make it sound like I am inconveniencing him with a simple job?
