I've been working with Allegra as "Insty" for years and the new name doesn't change who's working there. Everyone in this location is accommodating, quick and smart. You can let them use their own judgement when printing, they know their stuff and can create documents easily. I think the only reason they don't have 500 5 star reviews was maybe the name change, because they are used by many downtown Madison businesses and are a local printer. Don't go online when you can talk to a real person and get the results you want for better prices anyway! Special thanks to Ulises, who's always getting things done, even when he's waiting on me!

This is a great copy shop. I have used numerous copying services in downtown Madison in the last 25 years for legal copying. Craig provides the best service, by far, of any of the copy shops currently operating downtown.

We've used Insty-Prints a couple times now to print fliers and posters, and it's been a great experience each time. The people are friendly and professional and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

I work in the marketing department at a very large firm where people are always giving me last minute printing projects. I don't know what I would do without Insty Prints. No matter how big the project and how small the time-frame, Insty Prints always goes out of their way to get me the requested materials before the deadline - even if that means keeping the store open late to finish my project and then hand delivering it to our firm. Once Jim even fixed an InDesign flaw on our cover page free of charge that I hadn't noticed and would have been an embarrassing error. I can't speak highly enough of the company and those who work there. I would have a lot of unhappy associates without the understanding, professionalism and quick turnaround time of Insty Prints. I strongly recommend them as a dependable printing company!
