Sorry but have to share this bad experience. This company managed the TUDA website for 15th august Flat booking. Website is down, slow and not working properly. I was chasing the website since morning but from 3 PM it was slow due to heavy traffic. The company knew this but they could not manage this as it was pre planned they should have planned properly. Really a bad service this time. More over the 24/7 customer support they provided is a mobile number which is always busy. Even if call rings they don't pick up. This is a sick type of management and I am not sure why government of Tripura has given such a big project to a company which cannot manage a simple website and handle traffic.
