Feedback:

Alisha was amazing and provided excellent customer service. She explained the plans and never tried to "upsale" me. I had some problems with spectrum at the beginning and she handled all of the customer service with them and made my life and experience SO much better. Was helping in picking out not only the right plan but also the appropriate equipment. Also explained the fine print and how the charges change with time and with any upgrades. Overall extremely satisfied with their service and will use again when I need future services. 5/5 would recommend:)
