The sale of our gym was managed by Tim Dalton. We were very happy with the communication, the facilitation by Tim with the buyer and the pre-close negotiations and close process Tim was easy to work with and was support by Kim from the office and she was on top of it.

I recently purchased a medical clinic in which Mordecai Evans and Integra represented the seller. I informed Mordecai and Integra that I was looking to acquire a medical business and when Mordecai got the listing he reached out to me to see if I was interested. Mordecai was there for every part of the process and although he represented the seller it felt as if he represented both of us. Mordecai facilitated the whole deal, was able to leverage his contacts to find the right financing and helped manage and design the transition and consulting period. If you are thinking about buying a business I would definitely give Mordecai a call, he can help steer you in the right direction. Without Mordecai, this deal would not have been completed. Highly recommend!
