Said they could fix my computer, they took it and had it for a week and when I called about it they told me they had crashed my hard drive and lost everything; pictures, documents, music, etc. I was so mad they didn't compensate me for losing all my stuff and they had the nerve to charge me for them working(breaking) my computer. Terrible.
