I am more than thrilled with their service!! My computer tablet crashed and I was desperate to recover 2 years of client work. The screen just went black. Somehow (magic?) they recovered all of the files!! And at an extremely reasonable price. These guys are the pros. Thank you thank you thank you.

Don’t bring your devices here for repair unless you’d like them fixed with substandard parts which cause other issues. I brought my iPhone in to have a cracked screen repaired. When the work was complete my Touch ID was no longer functional and my battery would discharge every ten minutes to nearly completely drained. Pointed this out before I left the shop and the employee who did the work essentially called me a liar and claimed my Touch ID didn’t work before he worked on it. I had to turn off my passcode and security functions for over a month so Touch ID would quit crashing my battery. Then Apple released 11.0.3 with an update specifically designed to address Touch ID issues caused by display repairs using non Apple certified parts. Thankfully the update allows me to use security functions like a passcode lockwithout Touch ID crashing my battery every ten minutes. I went in again and explained that Apple had released an update which pretty explicitly stated the screen Intellect Computers had installed was an imitation part, and the employee present again told me it couldn’t be their fault despite Apple having released an update which fixed the most troublesome part of the issue, my battery crashing. After arguing with him for a moment and requesting a refund I asked if he could prove they use Apple certified parts and he had no answer. Told him I would have the screen replaced elsewhere with a genuine part to resolve the issue and return to discuss a refund after I could prove it was their fault, but I went here for faster service than Apple could provide. I’m now making at the very least three trips to this store and one to an AUTHORIZED SERVICE PROVIDER to deal with an issue which they initially claimed would take one hour. Completely unacceptable and the eventual refund doesn’t even begin to make up for the time and frustration.

Best computer repair shop. Went to two other places to repair my computer before going to them and they fixed it in two days. Awesome. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced.

My hard drive crashed. They fixed it quickly at a modest cost. I lost all the data on a flash drive. They restored it quickly at a modest cost. Over the years, they've given good advice. I trust them. I recommend them.

Their charged is high for less service, they just wanted to add $$ to your bill! I have seen computer shops in the area with a reasonable price. I don’t recommend this store.

Intellect Computers definitely helped me out, the assurance of 90% to resolve any problem is well worth the money and time. Although the prices were steep, I can't complain.
