Very good customer service, reformatted my laptop and since I had my phone screen cracked I was able to do both really quick and inexpensive. They explained what the issue was and how I could prevent it more in the future as well as some insight into the electronics at my home that were possibly messing with my Computers speed over wifi.

Worst experience ever! Had my laptop over a month and couldnt call me once to tell me they couldnt figure out why the screen wouldnt turn on. I called at least 5 times and left messages and never received 1 call back! Went numerous times during business hours and the doors were locked every time! To top it off, I finally went and got it back and they lost the battery and didnt even offer to replace it!! Avoid this place at all costs!

Do not take your computer here. They did not do the work properly, even after several times of asking for a full backup. They did virtually nothing to set the computer up. I could have just backed the files up on my own. They insisted that I was not looking at the correct things when trying to find the files. Repeatedly, I did what was asked, and yet nothing was there. They were sometimes ok with talking, but the point is that they didn't do the work as promised and insulted my level of computer knowledge. I have the ability to do what they did and more. Next time I will have confidence in myself and do my own maintenance.
