Feedback:

Friendly staff, but not at all responsive. Typical response to "the internet is down at our business" is either "reboot the router" (as if we haven't tried after 57 times of being told that) or " we know and are working on it". If this happened once in a while, that would be ok, but the internet fails so often that we have to have a backup Verizon MiFi and pay for extra Verizon routers for our phone service to avoid being unable to access our systems or phones. As a business, it is extremely important to have vendors who are customer service oriented. While friendly, the office staff is not helpful and nobody has ever come out when we have an issue. We've been told that the person in charge would call us several times, and we have never received a phone call back. Also, when they know they have a system failure that lasts for days, the appropriate thing to do would be to issue a bill credit for those days. It isn't really about the money, it is about the principal but we are always charged our full bill, even when we've been without service for days on end. It's unfortunate that our complex does not have the capability to have anything other than satellite or mi-fi type of devices to receive internet, or we would most certainly have switched long ago.
