L’esperienza è stata una gran perdita di tempo e il contrasto tra persone competenti e incompetenti a volte è netto, ho comunque sempre trovato educazione e toni cordiali anche quando in disaccordo. La burocrazia e la disorganizzazione tuttavia si fanno sentire fin dalle prime fasi, pertanto sconsiglio a chi cerca puntualità ed organizzazione e non ha mesi da investire in colloqui e burocrazia.
