Feedback:

First and foremost I’ve worked for this company for 3 years and I feel personally there is a lot of favoritism in there. No one gets hold accountable for their mistakes unless it’s someone of “color”. People like to make comments “racist comments” and when you bring it to their attention president Harold of the Union says that it’s all jokes and that you should take it serious. Don’t get me wrong he does help out on certain situations. I’ve also told other supervisors about the racist comments” bill” and nothing was ever done. When you try to make a meeting about the Situation or any situation the plant manager Kevin flakes on those meetings. I also heard and was told the reason why they hire minorities is because it makes the company look good with new vendors that come in. The only good thing about that job was the pay. Other than that my experience with this company wasn’t the greatest.

As a former clamp truck operator, this company as big as it sounds, doesn't like to spend money on crucial safety devices for it's own employee's, OSHA should investigate into these matters, broken dock locks, unsafe rail bays, no breaks on the corrugator end, unsafe clamp trucks, with broken pieces that no one fixes. And last but not least, was told to let the truck driver's wait, we don't need them. That's why we have the railroad. Worst way to be brought up is to hate, the truck driver's that leave there family to make a living and then are put down in manners not justified for one of the largest paper companies in the lower 48

They have a break between 11am and 12pm, and only one person unloading, so be ready to stuck for an hour at this time. And it took him 5 minutes to unload me...
