This business has completely ignored all phone calls/voice mails and e-mail messages. Our system has been inoperable for almost 2 months and all attempts to make contact and obtain service have been ignored. Of course, this has not stopped them from billing us for their services each month. This is severely affecting our business. Service has been an ongoing problem with the company for awhile but has recently become nonexistent.

Never never do business with this company !!!! They NEVER answer their phone which I have been calling for over a month now. I have left multiple messages on all the phone prompts and They’ve NEVER returned one phone call. My site is down and my business has been affected. Lost revenue do to this crappy company. Please please don’t take a chance with this company, you will regret it.

Terrible customer service. I have been calling and leaving messages about an issue I am having for TWO MONTHS and have not received a return phone call. I did speak with someone (once) early on and she said someone would call me back by the next day. That was six weeks ago and I still have not heard back.

Internet Connection's hosting service has been down several times in the last few weeks, for days at a time. They do not answer their phone, nor do they respond to emails asking for help.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give zero I would. I have been trying for a few months to get someone at Internet Connection in Easton, MD to call me back or respond to my emails. I need some assistance with the 3 domains I own. (They are the registrar) NO ONE will communicate with me, however they were quick to send out several emails to me when the credit card I had on file for auto-pay had expired. They also host the emails for my company. I want to change but I can't get anyone to contact me so I can get approval codes. I am really in a bind. I have a small business that depends on internet sales. The people at Internet Connection in Easton, MD are HORRIBLE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
