Client Review on Internet LAVA, LLC

I never do reviews but I don't want anyone else to waste their time.This is a terrible company that does not produce industry quality work. My husband hired internet lava to transform his website so that he could get more clients. Initially, everything sounded good..Things changed after they had us locked into a contract and our down payment was paid. The company did not fulfill the terms of our contractual agreement, nor did they give the firm correspondence on their work. Furthermore, my husband got no new leads from his website. When speaking with staff members at internet lava, they informed us that the company is understaffed so they prioritize things based on what Jason, the owner, wants. Apparently, we weren't paying enough to be important. Jason also never answers the phone so good luck getting anything resolved. Save your money and time. Just look at the response to the review below. Completely unprofessional.
