Earth Web Technologies is hands down the best place to bring your computer or come to get one or have one built. Gabe is one of the most straightforward and honest guys I've ever come in contact with. He will tell you his honest opinion and that is very rare to come by. Gabe saved me a lot of money. Other shops in Tucson had extraneous fees and definitely tried to take advantage of me when my labtop wouldn't work. Gabe always kept in contact with me and went the extra mile on customer service. You can't go wrong by coming here.

Gabe at Earth Web Technologies has been my go-to tech support for three years, and has provided consistently excellent service. I appreciate the fact that he can work on my computer remotely, so I don’t have to spend time taking it to a shop or waiting for a tech to come to my location. He responds quickly to easy questions and schedules more complicated (but non-urgent) work within a day or two. He provided IT support for the organization that I used to work for, managed and monitored security, designed our websites, and ensured that everything ran smoothly with no down time. He constantly updates his skills and knowledge to keep current with the technology. Outstanding technical abilities, responsiveness, and great rates. I can’t ask for more!

Our business went through several computer service companies that were very expensive and / or unreliable. A friend of ours recommended we try Earth Web Technologies located right here in Tucson and we couldn't be happier. They took the time to learn our systems and make reasonable recommendations that fit our budget. They are fast, reliable, and very trustworthy. I also like that the owner Gabe takes the time to explain complex computer concepts in a way that everyone else can understand. Now with minimal time and money they have setup our computers and server to be reliable and setup a best practices backup plan to minimize downtime if something does go wrong. They also did a great job on our website that needed a lot of help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional website design or computer services in Tucson at a fair price.
