The jist: $313.55 in online sales, $4606.25 in fees. 3 months, Feb 13-May 12, 2019The backstory:I hired Intuitive Digital in February 2019 in hopes of jump-starting online sales for my business. I had researched different agencies and initiated conversations with a number of them before deciding to sign an agreement with Intuitive Digital. Part of that decision was based on the presentation of the agency. Here are some of things that they say, "Your business is our business. We're here to help you exceed your goals." "Intuitive Digital is a principle-driven business that provides highly reviewed services and drives excellent results for our partners." "We deliver the absolute highest level of service to our partners and if you're not happy we will work with you until the problem is solved." They presented a set of values and this one was what impressed me most:"DO WHAT'S RIGHTThe practice of being honest, taking responsibility for mistakes, and always fighting for the best solution on behalf of partners."The owner of the agency told me in our kick-off meeting, "We deliver results, and if we don't, we fire ourselves!"On May 12, a day shy of 3 months since the kick-off meeting, I cancelled our engagement. After all that talk about delivering results and doing right by customers, I had spent in $4125 in Intuitive's fees, $1470 in Google ad fees. Only $313.55 in 9 sales had resulted in that period, and it wasn't even clear if any of those sales were attributable to Intuitive Digital's work. In the end this is what their perspective is: "We built your Google Ads account, fixed your shopping feed, performed a web audit, and managed your account for two months for $4,606.25."I cancelled the engagement with deep disappointment and regret. Instead of forgiving the final invoice of $481.25, they insisted that the work was done and needed to be paid for. $313.55 in online sales, $4606.25 in fees. 3 months, Feb 13-May 12, 2019 So much for exceeding goals, excellent results, the highest level of service, doing what's right, and fighting for solutions. If you are a company that has time and money to pay for ineffective work, I highly recommend Intuitive Digital. I'm happy to speak to anyone interested about the dismal experience.I hesitated to write this review because I didn't want to let this negative energy compound over this terrible business decision I had made. After encouragement from fellow entrepreneurs to not back down from a disservice, here is that story. There's going to be excuses about length of time, and amount of money. ~$5000 in 3 months is a drop in the bucket, perhaps to some. I don't care if it's $50 in 30 minutes, $5 in 3 minutes, $500,000 in 3 years, when a company truly does right by its customers, service is service, happiness is happiness.
