I worked at Invenio Solutions for over 3 years at the Winchester, VA office location. The company is a fast growing company that offers excellent entry level sales career opportunities. The training and coaching the team members receive is very good and the team has been very successful in meeting and exceeding their goals. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in beginning a career in sales.

This is the worst place you ever want to work at. They have about 10 lawsuits against them right at this moment for unlawful termination. They will fire u with no reasoning. They hire anyone as supervisor, Doug Christopher who is the head boss drinks alcohol during work gatherings which is totally against company policy. Stacy Hausenflauk is a ex addict. Its just ridiculous. Never Go There and if u do stay until they fire u and sue them like everyone else has.

Unfortunately this company is not honest. They can not keep clients due to the way they treat their employees. As they are constantly hiring and "laying off employees". The employees work extremely hard and go beyond expectations. Spread the word. They are not even BBB accredited. When an account drops for any reason, the entire team is laid off with no pay immediately. I've never in my life been treated so ungratefully by anyone or employer. I'm not just a disgruntled former employee. This was and is still going on everyday in there. There values and employee culture is all just a cover and it's wrong!!
