Lawyers Condo Management is thee worst thing that could ever happen to your association. When they take over, it's all over for your neighbor complex. In our sub, they own 70% of other units under a different name. Unfortunately for us, the way they did it was legal, but highly shady to say the least. The dues they receive (allegedly) go to those units they own to do work on them and fix them up before other jobs are done. Most of the time owners have to call, email and beg to get anything done in the sub. Also if you are an owner do not bother calling them, they will not pick up the phone. Josh should not even be in this business for the lack of knowledge, lack of bylaw knowledge and lack of support he gives to his residents. The management company also has shady off the record meeting without any residents knowing about them. They have also appointed several board members who don't even live in our complex. To say the least, they are the worst.
