Transferred data from an old computer to a new computer. Quoted me a price of 20 dollars. However, when I picked up the computer the bill was 60 dollars. He was not there to discuss the tripling of the original quote. He was gone and he had left my computer and bill with his father who has nothing to do with his business, so I was unable to find out why the extra charge. Very unprofessional. Best Buy had quoted me 80 dollars, however, I thought that it would be nice to support local business owners. Never again.
