Hi, i have been looking for a developer who would assist me in developing a networking platform for which while surfing came across your agencies name. Here is the experience: First call: Kept ringing and then call was disconnected.Second call after few minutes: Kept ringing and then call was disconnected.Then decided to drop in a message saying pl call for assistance in developing networking platform. Received a unprofessional SMS saying "who is this dude".I replied back by confirming if it is ipragmatech's no. Received a message again saying "who is this dude". Post this message sent him a message that with such attitude and tone would not want to do business with you guys.Whoever this gentleman is, does have no etiquette of responding either on phone or sms, especially when his no. Is advertised all over the web. To the owners, pl do something about it. Just in case anyone from your team has doubts about this episode, pl share your no.
